~Pop two fossil melts or a third of your snap bar into your burner at any one time.

 

~Please use the melts in a wax burner of at least 10cm in height.

 

~A 4 hour tea-light is the perfect size to give off enough heat to free the fragrance.

 

~Keep burn times to a MAXIMUM of 4 hours at any one time and switch outthe wax after a total of 8-12 hours use.

 

~Place your wax melts away from children and animals.

We hope you never need to use this part of the service, however we understand that things may not always be perfect or expectations may not be fulfilled. You may return any item within 14 days of purchase providing all the goods are in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.

If the return is down to change of mindset,  the customer will bare the cost of return fees.

All parcels will be sent out in eco boxes with secure padding to protect your goods and no plastic. Postage is standard delivery and should be with you within 3 - 5 Working days.
