We all know every smell you encounter, whether it be from the past or present, can evoke a memory or even an emotion. The smell of a candle can often take you back to those times too. There's nothing more nostalgic than smelling a fragrance which reminds you of walking in the fresh breeze of sea air with the waves crashing or even  sitting by a roaring fire crackling on those dark winter nights. Candles can do the very thing that lets you reminisce about memories in the past. The aromas of a candle effect everyone in different ways, such as being emotionally calming or releasing the stresses of a busy day. We all know there's something very comforting about having a candle glowing within your homely space, bringing that ambiance along with a reminder that all fragrances will recall something inside.

So here at Coastal Yard, not only can we take you back to those wonderful memories or destress those emotions, our beautifully handcrafted candles and wax melts are handmade with 100% natural Rapeseed and Coconut wax,  infused with finest fragrances and the candles finished with a paper twined cotton wick.  

 

All our wax products are cruelty free and vegan friendly, free from parabens, phosphates and any supplementary additives, leaving your candle free to burn cleanly. Candles that are made with natural products may reset a little uneven or with a hole or two. This is totally normal and will not affect the future burns.

 

So yes, all our candles at Coastal Yard have the good things we look for today in protecting our planet but we also want to give you those special moments in provoking memories and emotions too.
