SHIPPING POLICY

We hope you never need to use this part of the service, however we understand that things may not always be perfect or expectations may not be fulfilled. You may return any item within 14 days of purchase providing all the goods are in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. However, if the return is down to change of mindset, the customer will bare the cost of return fees. Once the items are received and meet with our return standards we will refund the funds, less the original postage to your payment method within 3-5 days.
