All parcels will be sent out in eco boxes with secure padding to protect your goods and no plastic. Postage is standard delivery and should be with you within 3 - 5 Working days unless First Class is preferred, in that case it will be 1 - 2 working days.  

We hope you never need to use this part of the service, however we understand that things may not always be perfect or expectations may not be fulfilled. You may return any item within 14 days of purchase providing all the goods are in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.

If the return is down to change of mindset,  the customer will bare the cost of return fees.
